Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific
The Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific (ROAP) promotes the development of science throughout Asia and the Pacific and helps strengthen the voice of developing country scientist in this region.
This Regional Office was inaugurated on 19 September 2006 by the then Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia, Y.A.B. Dato’ Seri Najib Tun Abdul Razak.
The ISC ROAP office has produced the following science plans for priority project areas.
